City Self-Storage is owned by the Norwegian company Selvaag.

Selvaag is most often thought of as a builder of homes. However, through different subsidiary companies, Selvaag is engaged in a number of activities in Norway and abroad.

Selvaag is the sole owner of Selvaagbygg (turnkey house building and -sales), Selvaag Invest (Venture Capital and Private Equity Investments), Selvaag Eiendom (real estate), Selvaag Forvaltning (property rental, -management and services), and Selvaag Pluss (homes with security, service and activities), in addition to companies within information- and communication technology, and product development.

The operational activities represent over 80 % of the Selvaag turnover. Total assets are approximately 4,1 BNOK.
